McClain Musson recently completed her 10th year of teaching. She began her teaching career through Teach for America in Indianapolis Public Schools after graduating from Smith College. Additionally, McClain has lived in South America for 2 years while studying abroad in Argentina and Peru and completing a Fulbright English Teaching Assistantship in Colombia. McClain has also spent time teaching middle school and high school in New Orleans, LA and Chapel Hill, NC. She is excited to join SparkNC to continue to advocate for innovation and access in public schools.
